Why can’t I order from the USA right now?
A recent executive order revoked the de minimis duty exemption that previously allowed us to ship orders affordably from the UK to the USA. Without it, the costs and barriers make it impossible for us to continue sales at this time.

Is this permanent?
Not necessarily! If the executive order is reversed in the future, we fully intend to restart shipping to the USA. We’ll share updates as soon as anything changes.

What if I already placed an order?
All existing orders have either shipped or been refunded if affected. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to our support team.

I’m in the USA — how can I stay updated?
The best way is to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media. That way, you’ll be the first to know if (and hopefully when!) shipping resumes.
